About Jamie
Jamie Chae AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers), the owner and designer of Dolce Floral Design, studied floral designs from Environmental Horticulture & Floristry at the City College of San Francisco, one of the top floral design schools in the nation.
After she passed the AES, both written and design test, she was accredited as a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers. In 2009, she was awarded the California Top Ten Designer by California State Floral Association. She participated as an exhibitor of a floral exhibition in the Oakland Museum and also in the Bouquets to Art at de Young Museum in San Francisco. She has also assisted well-known European floral designers during their hands-on workshops at the AIFD National Symposiums.
Jamie’s passion and enthusiasm for floral design led her to experiment and succeed with event designs and finally to specialize in wedding and event designs. Her goal for each event is to create exquisite color combinations, luscious textures, and elegant line movements. She opens up her senses all the time to be aware of the new trends and products and is always excited and ready to work with clients who can appreciate those same attentions to detail.
